¼ fresh banana, mashed 1 tsp. granola or Grape-Nuts
1 tbsp. coconut milk Yogurt (optional)
1 tsp. finely ground nuts 1 c. oatmeal
2-3 strawberries, mashed 1 ¾ c. water
Mash fruit together. Cook the oatmeal according to instructions. Add cocnut milk to the oatmeal and stir. Add the mashed fruit. Then add the nuts and stir again. Top with granola or the Grape-Nuts. Add any flavor of yogurt and stir well. Serve warm.

2 c. flour 1 – 16oz. can split pea soup
½ c. oats ½ soup can water
2 tbsp. baking powder 3 tbsp. margarine
2 eggs with shells (washed)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix the dry ingredients together in a medium bowl. In another bowl, add the eggs, split pea soup, and melted margarine. Blend well. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients little by little, beating well each time. Grease or line muffin tins. Pour into muffins. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Tip: use low sodium soup.
